More detailed description on the manufacturer's website.
This is a video recorder developed by Uniview, suitable for a simple video surveillance solution for small businesses or private needs.
It provides all basic video recording functions - continuous recording and motion-triggered recording with UMD (ultra motion detection), which can identify people and vehicles in the recorded video and make a recording accordingly when motion is detected. This significantly reduces unnecessary motion detection caused, for example, by tree movements or cloud shadows.
Remote access to camera video streams and recordings is possible from both a mobile phone and a computer. Internet connection is required for these actions.
The device is Hybrid - it can connect to all available HD camera standards - AHD, HD-CVI, HD-TVI up to 8MP resolution, and the old analog camera standard CVBS.
It also provides connectivity with network IP cameras, offering extensive possibilities when connecting cameras.
For example, you can connect local HD cameras and IP cameras through a computer network or the internet from an entirely different location.
You can connect IP cameras to any channel.
This option is worth mentioning, as IP cameras are often only connectable as the last cameras - sequentially from the end.
Main technical specifications:
- Supports connection to cameras from other manufacturers - ONVIF and RTSP protocols;
- HDMI and VGA simultaneous output (ability to display camera images simultaneously on two monitors);
- Video signal outputs:
1-channel CVBS output,
1-channel VGA output,
1-channel HDMI output up to 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution; - 4-channel BNC input for connecting HD cameras;
- Supports HDCVI/AHD/TVI/CVBS/IP video input;
- Supports audio signal transmission over coaxial cable, and has one audio input for a microphone;
- H.264/H.265 dual-stream video compression;
- Audio output: 1-channel, RCA;
- Synchronized video playback - up to 4 channels;
- Incoming network bandwidth: 48Mbps;
- Outgoing network bandwidth: 48Mbps1;
- Maximum number of remote users: 128
HDCVI/AHD/TVI/CVBS Automatic Recognition
The XVR can automatically detect the signals of connected cameras without any settings.
This makes the operation more user-friendly and convenient.
For connecting IP cameras, it is necessary to activate them and correctly specify the connection information for the IP camera.
Support for High-Resolution Surveillance Cameras
The XVR supports connecting up to 5MP HDCVI (AHD/TVI/CVBS) cameras and 6MP IP cameras for video playback.
Long-distance Video Signal Transmission
The HDCVI system supports long-distance video signal transmission over coaxial cable and UTP (CAT5) cable, up to 700m for 4K/4MP, 800m for 1080p, and 1200m for 720p.
